VACANCY: Assistant Professional Development Phase Coach – News


Coventry City Academy is excited to be able to offer the opportunity to join the Academycoaching team as Assistant Senior Professional Development Phase Coach

Working along the Senior Professional Development Phase Coach, the successful candidate will support the daily delivery of the Under 21 training programme, ensuring all players are supported on their learning objectives as they progress into the professional game.

As well as supporting on match days, the role will allow the opportunity to work with individuals through the form of video clips, small group sessions and one to one meetings.

The successful applicant will receive a personal staff development plan fro the Head of Academy Coaching to support their own learning, have access to a range of formal CPD opportunities throughout the season.
