As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to contribute to our exciting and colorful world! As a Fulfillment Specialist in our retail store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service by efficiently and accurately gathering, packing and shipping DIY craft supplies. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment, possesses a keen attention to detail, and can adapt seamlessly to the quick and lively pace of our shop.
Responsibilities:
- Execute order fulfillment and shipping processes with precision
- Utilize essential computer skills for order processing and shipping
- Multifaceted Support
- Contribute to various tasks, including scheduling, kit production, product assembly, backstock management, inventory, and other projects
- Collaborate with the team to enhance systems and processes
- Provide excellent in-person and online customer service experiences
Job Functions & Requirements:
- Create a positive customer experience through accurate and efficient order fulfillment
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
- Safely lift and move up to 15 lbs, navigate a step ladder, and perform tasks requiring kneeling, stooping, and bending
- General computer skills
- Availability for a minimum of 24 hours per week, with weekend availability
- Experience with a rotary cutter is a bonus
